Music Magazines

I generally have 50-70 Down Beat magazines on hand at any given time, with some issues from the 1940s and 1950s, the bulk from the 1960s and 1970s, and some from later decades if they were part of a lot. I also have a rotating stock of other magazines, such as Jazz, the magazine published by Pauline Rivelli in the 1960s, and its successors Jazz & Pop and Words & Music. Other jazz magazines include Jazz Journal and  Coda, and less often, Jazz Review and Metronome. Other music industry titles include Billboard and Rolling Stone, and whatever else I find.

Note that the U.S. Postal Service has declared that magazines, even old magazines, cannot be shipped by media mail because they contain advertising, and thus are not eligible for the special media rates.
